Annual event held the first weekend in December.  Victorian style Holiday celebration features over 40 events ranging from singers to jugglers.  Parade is held on Friday night with the tree lighting in front of the Chester County Courthouse to follow.  Organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Greater West Chester.
