Community Service Organization of the Year Award Honoree:

Safe Harbor of Chester County is being recognized as the 2025 Community Service Organization of the Year for its compassionate service to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through emergency shelter, meals, case management, and supportive services, Safe Harbor provides critical resources that help community members achieve stability, independence, and hope for the future.

Outstanding Citizen ​of the
​Year Honoree: 

Christy Cosgrove is being recognized as the 2025 Outstanding Citizen of the Year for her exceptional leadership, volunteerism, and dedication to the Greater West Chester community. As owner of La Difference Salon & Day Spa and a longtime Chamber leader, Christy has helped strengthen the community through initiatives such as Chester County Hospital Lights Up Holiday Weekends and her service on the Chamber's Board of Directors, including as Board Chair.

Business of the Year
​Award Honoree:

Pietro's Prime is being honored as the 2025 Business of the Year for its commitment to hospitality, community engagement, and support of local initiatives. Led by Marisa Giunta and Executive Chef Sean Powell, the Downtown West Chester restaurant is a valued Chamber partner and community supporter that continues to contribute to the vibrancy and success of the local business district.
